Obama commented on his tax return and the $453,000 he paid in taxes in 2010 at a town hall in Northern Virginia Tuesday. "There's a moment there when you look at the figure you're paying and say, 'wow- let me think about my position on taxing the wealthy here," he joked, saying also that he did not think his taxes should be "even lower."

At Tuesday, President Obama also participated in a town hall meeting at Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, Va. Here are some snippets of the President Obama's comments in Virginia, "I understand that. Nobody volunteers and says, 'Boy, I’m just wild to pay more taxes'. But it’s a matter of values and what we prioritize. And I certainly don’t think my taxes should be even lower. That’s, I think America wants a smart government. It wants a lean government. It wants an accountable government. But we don’t want no government."
