BanServas the Republic the Atiemar Tower is awarded for US$34.7 million by the judge of the Fifth Courtroom of the Civil and Commercial Chamber of the Court of First Instance of the National District. The award is given after deciding on a series of incidents and rejecting the ability to intervene in the process by the lawyers representing a son of the Spaniard Arturo del Tiempo Marques.

Magistrate Katia Gomez German accepted a petition from the plaintiffs, in this case the lawyers from the Reserve Bank (BanReservas), Fabiola Medina and Yurosky Mazara, who had previously suggested that the bidding be opened in order to give any bidder or tenders the opportunity to demonstrate the fulfillment of all the legal formalities.
